Celebrating Our ‘Always’ Children 🌟

This week, we have been celebrating some very special members of our Year 6 community – our ‘Always’ children.
As part of our focus on leadership and role models in Year 6, members of staff were asked to nominate children who consistently stand out for all the right reasons.
These are the children who are always ready to learn, always respectful, always kind and considerate, always following our school expectations and always living the values we want to see across Romilly.
Often, these are the things that happen quietly every single day. We think it is really important that this consistency is noticed, recognised and celebrated.
Our selected Year 6 pupils were presented with special Headteacher’s badges this week in recognition of the example they set to others. As our oldest pupils, they have an important role to play in showing our younger children what it means to be a positive member of Team Romilly.
We are incredibly proud of you all. Keep being brilliant role models and keep standing out for all the right reasons!
