Organisation of the Curriculum
The school’s agreed sex education policy follows national and local guidelines and is agreed by the Governing Body. Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the planned programme should contact the Headteacher.
Welsh is taught as a second language and Welsh history traditions and customs form an important part of the curriculum. We actively promote a bilingual approach through Welsh lessons and ‘Incidental Welsh’.
The school conforms to the legal position relating to collective worship and it is seen as an important part of school life. Any parents wishing to withdraw their children from assemblies should contact the Headteacher. Documents relating to the Foundation Phase and National Curriculum are available for viewing at school.
