2024/2025 Term Dates

Mon 2 Sept 2024 and *Monday 21 July 2025 will be designated INSET days for all LEA Maintained Schools. The remaining four INSET days to be taken will be at the discretion of each individual school following appropriate consultation with staff.

*It is intended that this INSET Day will either be taken on Mon 21 July 2025 or at an alternative time for example in the form of twilight sessions.

All schools will be closed on Monday 5 May 2025 for the May Day Bank Holiday.

TAKING HOLIDAYS DURING TERM TIME

The school does not authorise holidays in term time. This means that any holidays taken will be recorded on the end of year report as unauthorised absences. If you intend to take your children on holiday during term time, please email the school at romillyps@valeofglamorgan.gov.uk with your child's name and class and dates they will be away. Please use the following wording in the EMAIL SUBJECT BOX - Holiday Request and add your child's name and class.
